My study aims to understand how stress granules are linked to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis pathology. Specifically to understand the dynamics of stress granule assembly and disassembly in neuronal cells. The marker of stress granules, G3BP1 antibody, from Proteintech gives a highly specific immunofluorescence signal. We have validated this in our paper.

Cultured rat neurons
1:500 overnight at 4 degrees in PBS with 2% blocking solution
10% horse serum plus 2% BSA
1:500 Alexa Fluor 1 hour at room temperature in dark
