Our lab is working to study the roll of T cells in the mouse influenza model in order to help future immunization production. In order to study these T cells, we need a reliable CD3 marker. This one works well with good separation to identify these cells.

Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
