The aim of the research is to determine activation markers for T lymphocytes and distinguish them for effector and memory cells. CD25 antibody was used for determining the change in population sets of these in patients with HIV at different stages of infection. Biolegend has exceptionally good Flow antibodies and great discounts so we ordered Cd25 from them and it worked great.
