My work focuses on functions of CD8 T cells. From RNA-sequencing analysis, I had identified a CD44+ population of cells that expressed Cx3cr1, and chose this antibody to confirm the expression by flow cytometry. The top figure shown is an FMO control, and the bottom figure is staining of the Cx3cr1 antibody versus CD44. Both figures are gated on CD8 T cells. Flow cytometry data with this antibody confirmed the transcriptomics data, so this antibody seems to be a great tool for detecting Cx3cr1 protein expression. I would select this antibody again due to its low price and great results.
