We assessed an ensemble of molecules hypothesized to be important in AML leukemic blast biology. We tested the hypothesis that LCN2 is modulated by FICZ and RA combination therapy. We selected this product because Cell signaling usually offers good quality products at reasonable price. In summary this antibody recognizes LCN2 in total lysate of human leukemia blasts.
