Product Name:

Human/Mouse/Rat PEDF R/PNPLA2 Antibody

Catalog Number:

AF5365

The aim is to detect PEDFR expression in mouse skin cells. The data sheet claims that this antibody detects human, mouse, and rat PEDF R/PNPLA2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In this experiment I tested it for indirect immunofluorescence staining in frozen mouse skin sections.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Results Summary

All cells in mouse skin seemed to be stained positive including epithelial cells, hair follicles, and fibroblasts. No staining was observed in negative control, so the positive staining seems to be specific.
