Our lab works with different cell populations and does complex FACS analyses. We often look at T cell populations, to identify the percentage of CD4 T cells infected with HIV as well as effector cells like CD8 T cells. We use different CD3 antibodies routinely to gate on T cells. This antibody stains well.
