We perform in-house genotyping for our mouse colonies and use this dNTP mix for all PCR master mixes that require dNTPs. This reagent works well in all master mixes that we use in our genotyping protocols.

Extract DNA from tissue or cells of interest, prepare master mix according to the manufacturer's instructions, add 10mM dNTP mix to PCR master mix if required, run PCR.
