p53 Antibody

Catalog Number:

#9282

p53 is a tumor suppressor protein that is involved in DNA damage, cell cycle and apoptotic pathway. It prevents uncontrolled growth and cancer progression. We detected its levels in 293 T cells upon treatment with drugs of our interest.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Western Blot

Sample

Whole cell extracts of 293T

Primary Incubation

1:1000 dilution prepared in blocking solution, incubated overnight at 4 degrees

Blocking Agent

5% BSA in PBST20

Secondary Incubation

1:5000 anti-rabbit HRP antibody, incubated for an hour at RT

Tertiary Incubation

None

Detection

ECL based detection was used

Results Summary
