Product Name:

eNOS Antibody

Catalog Number:

#9572

Endothelial nitric-oxide synthase (eNOS) is an important enzyme thatcatalyzes the production of nitric oxide (NO), a key regulatorof angiogenesis. Several protein kinases including Akt and PKA can activate this protein and contributes towards angiogenesis. We determined eNOS levels in the HUVEC cells after treatments with the drug of our interest.
