Anti-PCNA antibody [PC10] (ab29)

Catalog Number:

AB29

PCNA is a nuclear antigen that is used as a proliferation marker for cell cycle-related experiments for western blotting. This protein is expressed in replicating cells in the nucleus. For our experiment, we prepared nuclear extracts of 293 T cells and probed with PCNA as a loading control.
