One of the main aims in our lab is to study T cell activity in humans. In order to determine between different T cell populations in various human tissue samples, we can use this antibody to segregate T cells into memory and non-memory populations.

Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
