I stained human mononuclear bone marrow cells for the analysis of T cells. I used the Biolegend CD3 Pacific Blue antibody as the staining with this antibody has a good resoultion and the population is clearly seperated from the negative cells

The staining was used to identify CD4+ T cells. Therefore the cells were gated as Singlets - Lymphocytes - living cells and then gated for the CD3+CD4+ population. The population is cleary seperated from the negative cells due to the good staining, which can be achieved using the antibody
