Real time quantification of the genes
cDNA
For 10 microliters of the 2x SYBR master mix 1 microliter of 1 micromolar of forward and reverse primer. Around 100ng of cDNA is added to the reaction mix. The remaining volume is made up of nuclease-free water.
Good quality cDNA should be used for the reaction
High efficient amplification of the cDNA is observed with a low cT value, which can amplify a low copy number genes.
