Roche LightCycler® 480 SYBR Green I Master is an efficient 2X master mix in detecting with SYBER as the detecting dye. This kit works best in the Roche machine than any other machine.
Real time quantification of the genes
cDNA
For a 20 microliter reaction, 10 microliters of the master mix is used with an appropriate concentration of the primers and 100 ng of the cDNA as the template. Nuclease free water is used to make up the volume to 20 microliters.
Good quality of cDNA is mandatory
Ggood amplification curve is obtained with early cT values even at low concentration of the cDNA.
