The aim of my research is to observe how HIV infection impacts on T cell activation. The goal of this experiment was to detect ERK phosphorylation in human CD4+ T cells upon stimulation with CD3/CD28 antibodies. I chose this product as Biolegend offers good quality antibodies at good price.
Flow Cytometry
Human PBMC (CD4+ isolated)
1:50 (50ul), 30min, 4deg. Permeabiliasation done in 90% methanol at 4deg.

We can observe good ERK phosphorylation after 20min of CD3/CD28 stimulation.
