The aim was to study T helper 17 cell. The specific goal was to induce EAE autoimmune disease in mouse. I selected this product because it was of high quality and is cost effective.
EAE - in vivo mouse model
B6 mouse
EAE is induced by sub-cutaneous injection of MOG35-55 peptide (100 ug total) in 100 ul CFA in the flank and intra-venous injection of 100 ng pertussis toxin. Pertussis toxin injection is repeated 2 days later.
Mice should be 9 wk-old.
