APC/Fire 750 anti-mouse CD45 Antibody

This antibody was chosen to be a general leukocyte marker in cell differential for several different organs. Using the CD45+ leukocyte gate, we were able to identify other leukocyte subsets. We selected this product because of its limited spillover into other 640 laser line filters, allowing it to be used in multicolor flow cytometry.
