Primary antibody (rabbit anti-RelA) in dry-milk solution 5% (dilution: 1:500) ; 4°C; 16h
Dry milk powder in TBST solution (5%)
Secondary HRP-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit antibody (dilution: 1:5000); in dry-milk solution 5%; 1 hour, room temperature;
3x wash in TBS-Tween (10 min each)
Detection using ECL – Assay (Thermo Fisher) - chemiluminescence
Detected was:1 band with the right size for RelA / p65 (at 65 kD)some additional bands were detected (of unknown identity)
