The goal is to check the gene of interest expression changes in glioblastoma cells (GL261) in proliferative and differentiation conditions. The product fulfills the use for RT-PCR applications.

The RT-PCR samples of GL-261 in agarose gel electrophoresis have shown differential expression of the gene of interest in proliferative and differentiation conditions. GAPDH have considered as housekeeping.
