The aim of my research was to see the expression of TGFb1 in mouse pancreas tissue sections. Therefore I did IHC on these sections and used this ABC kit.

The protocol is very easy and the kit is has HRP labelled streptavidin that binds with the biotin labelled antibody. After addition of DAB substrate, it will give a brown precipitate.
Follow the instruction of manual
The ABC kit is very good in terms of staining sensitivity and specificity The tissue sections and give brown color stain for the appropriate primary antibody.
