Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

Enrichment of non-CD45 cells for further staining or sorting

Starting Material

Mouse lymph nodes

Protocol Overview

1. Total cells were prepared by treating with collagenase-P 2. Single cell suspension was used for CD45 depletion according to manufacturer's protocol 3. The purity was examined by staining with anti-CD45, anti-CD3, and anti-B220 antibodies.

Tips

There are several types of collagenases. Some may cleave some important surface molecules on target cells. Therefore, it is important to use "proper" collagenase
