The purpose of using this kit is to enrich non-immune cells (CD45-) by depleting CD45+ cells.

1. Total cells were prepared by treating with collagenase-P 2. Single cell suspension was used for CD45 depletion according to manufacturer's protocol 3. The purity was examined by staining with anti-CD45, anti-CD3, and anti-B220 antibodies.
