We use this antibody as a replacement for an antibody (same clone) from some of the bigger antibody companies (i.e. BD, eBioscience, Beckman Coulter etc ) in our human T cell multi-color (>10 color) flow cytometry staining panels. It works exactly the same as the more expensive antibody. I will continue to replace our antibodies with Tonbo equivalents as they are the same quality for a fraction of the price.

Anti-Human CD4 RedFluor710 works perfectly in a T cell antibody panel. There is great separation between CD4 versus CD8 as shown in dot plot, as well as viewing by histogram.
