Results Summary

I CRISPR lenti infected U937 and THP1 cells. After 2 weeks, I sorted them for + and - CD54. Then I checked for the purity a week later. The antibody had a nice separation between the positive and negative population (see photo); there was also an intermediate population for cells transitioning.

I tried 2 other antibodies from biolegend and BD and they didn't work well for me but this one did. I wish there were more colors but that could be said for almost any antibody.
