I am investigating the effects of exercise on leukocyte populations. I used Tonbo 10x RBC lysis buffer to prepare human whole blood samples for flow cytometry. The product worked perfectly and it is a much more reasonable price than other providers I've looked into.

Human whole blood
Incubate whole blood in 1x lysis buffer for ten minutes. Spin to pellet leukocytes and discard lysed red blood cells in the supernatant.
