Anti-CD25 (Mouse) AF488 For FACS

Naive CD4+ T cells increase expression of CD25, a part of the high affinity IL2 receptor, following TCR stimulation. Expression of CD25 is a marker of efficient activation and also differentiates key subsets of CD4+ T cells, included Tregs, in vivo. We are interested in the induction of CD25 expression by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells following activation in the context of mTOR activation and metabolic perturbations. To assess the relationship between metabolic reprograming and markers of T cell activation, we routinely perform multi-color flow cytometry and monitor for CD25 upregulation following stimulation. We selected the AF488 conjugated antibody for multiplexing with other stains in our panel.
