We are developing engineered antibody for PET imaging for cancer detection by targeting PD L-1. We always use a anti PDL-1 antibody as a control to compare affinity and kinetics of our engineering antibody. The goal was to compare the affinity of our antibody with the commercially available antibody. The reason for selecting this product is because it's cheap and comes with high concentration.
