My main goal was to validate if the antibody was working so I did a very simple experiment of in vitro T cell stimulation. P14 splenocytes (mouse transgenic T cells) were activated in vitro with Gp33 peptide for 24hour in the presence of BFA and stained for intracellular cytokine production.
