Our lab has developed a transgenic mouse model to study HIV. In one of our experiments we isolate regulatory T cells from mice that have been HIV infected in order to study the adaptive immune response in these mice. We use the Fc block to block unwanted binding of beads to cells expressing Fc receptor therefore increasing the yield and purity of isolated T cells.
Cell isolation
Mouse splenocytes
