We use the perform both depletion and selection of multiple cell types from cell cultures as well as whole tissues including spleen, lymph nodes, thymus, lung, and bone marrow. Cell samples are then used for RT-qPCR, Flow Cytometric analysis, and re-culturing for functional studies.
