This review displays the use of BV711 CD4 antibody to detect tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in B16F10 mouse melanoma tumors. Tumors were dissociated, blocked, stained and run on BD FACS Aria.

Results Summary

Lymphocytes were first gated by size on a FSC vs SSC plot. Live cells were then gated (DAPI negative) and analyzed for CD4. We achieved excellent separation from CD4 negative cells. Results are shown as dot plot and histogram.
