Company:

Proteintech Group, Inc

Product Name:

PSIP1 Antibody

Catalog Number:

25504-1-AP

The general aim of the experiment was to know either PSIP1 protein express in rat tissues. For this purpose we used freshly isolated tissue from adult rat, embedded them in the OCT medium and obtained 10 micron thick sections. Sections were stained for IHC using PSIP1 primary antibody. We selected this product because the published reports shows this antibody shows the specific expression of PSIP1 in human tissues and antibody does not show non-specific interaction with similar proteins.

Summary

The Good

Specific binding

The Bad

Low signal, needs more exposure

The Bottom Line

The antibody is good to identify the PSIP in rat tissues specifically. However, if the protein levels are too low it is hard to see signal.
