Our lab performs in vivo experiments which requires us to stop and sacrifice the animals on different days. In order to process all the tissues together and in the same manner, we started using RNALater to store tissues until they were ready for processing.

Sacrifice animal and collect tissue of interest, place tissue in 1mL RNA Stabilization Reagent and store at 4*C until ready for use
