I am working on the development of molecular techniques for the detection of bacteria in the environmental samples. I used this kit for extraction of plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures.

Protocol is quick and easy.
Slight modification at elution step. To get a good quality DNA for sequencing, spin dry the column for over 10 min at full speed before elution, to remove ethanol.
The results obtained were of good quality purity of plasmid was suitable for further cloning purposes.
