Our lab is heavily reliant on thermal cyclers for PCR mice genotyping and cDNA synthesis. This instrument is probably in use nearly all the time during the workday and it's making holding up excellently. While it's a new edition to the lab, it's so far become indispensable.
A neighboring lab has had their touch screen interface break a few times, so we decided to purchase a touchpad machine instead.
