This ODF2 antibody stand the sub distal appendages of the centriole. Since the antibody is igg2a, it can be contained with a variety of other antibodies. Although it gives clear staining at centrioles, there is nonspecific labeling of nuclei.

Antibody worked. Centrioles were stained but non-specific nuclear staining also present. Centriolar staining was not observed in ODF2 RNAi or CRISPR treated cells.
