The aim of this experiment was to phenotype dog blood cells in order to identify lymphoma or leukemia in these animals. The CD14 antibody was used to gate around the monocytic population in the blood sample. If there was a high percentage of CD14 cells then a further analysis of specific monocytic markers we re used to identify subsets.
