We were looking to detect differences in pERK expression in treated mouse brain lysates. We performed a Western blot and exposed to the antibody overnight at 4 degrees. After exposure to secondary antibody and chemiluminescence, this was our results. I have almost always had good experiences with Cell Signaling, so we used their antibody. However, this is one of the cleanest antibodies that I have ever worked with, exceeding my expectations even for already highly regarded company.
