Our lab is interested in looking at role of T cells in lupus. We do a lot of T cell stains and the FITC anti-CD3 works best among all colors available for flow cytometry. The results are consistent between different lots and batches of antibodies we have ordered over the course of time. It works after fixing the cells for intercellular staining as well.
