I used this antibody to detect IL-22BP from mouse tissues. A band ~36 KDa can be seen on the blot, which is the expected size for IL-22BP. However, several other bands are also detected.

A band of anticipated size is present on the blot, however many non-specific bands are also detected. The most prominent band is ~60 KDa, which is not the correct size for IL-22BP.
