This system is suited for multiple-sample with a wide platform that can separate 30 nucleic acid samples per comb. The system can accommodate ReadyAgarose precast gels to save time and allow highly reproducible separations but home made gels can also be used.

DNA or RNA samples are mixed with loading buffer and load into the precast or home made agarose gel placed in the chamber and submerged in electrophoresis buffer. Next, a fixed voltage is applied until samples run the time required.
