My research aim is to investigate the response of the immune system after immune-therapy. Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-mouse CX3CR1 is a great anti-mouse antibody. With this experiment I wanted to investigate the expression of CX3CR1 on tumor-associated macrophages before and after immunotherapy. The antibody has been chosen for the color (APC channel) and easy optimization.

After cell extraction and blocking with Fc Block, wash your sample 2x with washing buffer, stain for 30min RT with your extracellular staining, wash 2x and then proceed with intracellular staining protocol for CX3CR1 BV650 (1:100).the experiment was performed to show CX3CR1 + macrophages of brain tumor-bearing mice in treated mice. Cells were gated for Live/CD45high/CD11d+/F4-80+
