Product Name:

Catalog Number:

CD11a (LFA-1alpha) Monoclonal Antibody (M17/4), PerCP-eFluor 710

Our lab studies lymphocytes and their activity in both an active infection and the memory state. One of the markers we are interested in is CD11a and its expression on different lymphocyte populations. We chose this antibody with FITC because it is dim enough that this large population does not overwhelm other smaller populations.

Sample

Mouse spleen cells

Primary Incubation

Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.

Results Summary

We are able to use this body to clearly see a CD11a+ population of lymphocytes and measure how much CD11a+ is expressed by different cell populations in the spleen.
