We are interested in measuring HIV proteins such as p24 in brains of HIV infected mice to evaluate levels of infection in parallel with other inflammation markers int he brain. One of the detection methods we use is western blot, and we use this secondary antibody to detect antibodies to p24.

I recommend this product. p24 levels in the mouse brains are usually low, so it is difficult to detect them. Using this antibody was helpful.
