Our lab studies the influenza virus and how T cells form immunological memory. One of our studies is the interaction of a specific TCR receptor with the virus upon infection. We use this antibody in combination with others to genotype mice for this specific TCR receptor. This fluorochrome works well with the other antibodies in our panel and is bright for these lower population of cells.
