Our lab studies various markers on lymphocytes extracted from human tissue samples. We need good markers to identify T cells specifically. We chose this antibody because it was very low spillover into other channels.

Human lung lymphocytes
Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:50; for 20 minutes on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.

We were able to successfully mark and study CD3+ lymphocytes in different human lung tissues.
