Spleen cells are no longer visible after cells are fixed (40 minutes fixtaion) with this kit/
This kit takes longer to use than BD's cytofix/cytoperm kit. There seems to be more cell loss with this kit. The staining for transcription factors is not consistent with the cytofix/cytoperm kit, making the data questionable.
