The aim of my research is to stain intracellular proteins, which require fix/perm steps. This product was chosen because it is consistent and protocol is easy to follow.

Mouse T Cells
Cells were stained for surface antigens and fixed using the provided fixation buffer for 20minutes at 4C. The cells were washed in perm buffer and then incubated with antibodies that were pre-diluted in perm buffer. Following incubation, cells were washed with perm buffer.

The results obtained were as expected. There is a low frequency of Tregs in this T cell population. The surface staining was maintained after using this kit.
