Product Name:

anti-golgin 97

Catalog Number:

A-21270

This antibody was used to perform immunofluorescence microscopy on HeLa cells transfected with an ER-targeted mClover construct. The antibody was specific and showed clear immunoreactive staining that had partial co-localization with the endoplasmic reticulum. Staining was discreet, clear and as predicted

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Immunofluorescence

Sample

HeLa Cells

Primary Incubation

Anti-golgin 97 at 1:300 in blocking agent for 1 hour at room temperature

Blocking Agent

PBS with 1% normal goat serum and 0.1% triton-x 100

Secondary Incubation

Goat anti-mouse conjugated to Alexa 568 for 1 hour room temp at 1:300

Tertiary Incubation

ER-targeted mClover transfection

Detection
