We wanted to test the levels of certain neuropeptides in tissue. We used human brain sections (FFPE) for optimization. It was not easy finding antibodies that have been verified for IHC. We chose this antibody by a process of elimination.

We found positive staining in the ependymal cells of the choroid plexus. This was not totally expected, but it was clear and consistent. We don't think it's non-specific as the stroma shows no brown coloration.
